The respective vendor shall be liable for the products sold at their outlets. MIAL does not make any warranty or representation of any kind regarding the quality and or nature of the products sold via the www.eshop.csia.in. MIAL shall under no circumstances be liable to any passenger for loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting from the consumption of products sold via www.eshop.csia.in.

Neither MIAL nor the vendor selling the product shall be liable for any special, direct, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation, attorney’s fees) in any way due, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or consumption of the products sold via www.eshop.csia.in.”
